Second week of my ICT

Whow time flies... Here goes my second week of my ICT. I'll say this time's ict is rather slack. Break here and there and sleeping in bunk like no other people's business...

Should be like this lah. Like the previous ict meh.. everyday is sweating like pig.. and they seem to be like dont want to waste a single minute to let us rest like that. If got spare time, not march order and emplacement, then is test this test that. This time system a bit change already. Maybe due to change of OC and SLOng went to do something else.

Yesterday just had our IPPT. Something which i am so scared of hehehe. Why? Due to lack of regular exercises lo. So scared to fail and have to go take RT. But from my other mates saying that now RT isn't that siong anymore. Dont pass then dont pass lo.

Usually we have run on alternate days. As a kind of maintain the par for the 2.4km run (killer).
Usually static station they will close one eye open one eye. You can kick doing chin up.. you can cheat on numbers when doing sit up... or maybe after the accessor has gone, you can talk to the conducting officer to help you adjust some 'numbers'. But when comes to 2.4km run.... its really the killer part already. Its really up to your mentality and endurance and will to finish the run. They can maybe start the timing later or end the timing earlier.... but thats the most they can do... 30 secs or 1 min buff thats it. You have to try your very best to finish the run and hope you can meet the timing.

Yesterday finally came as we had our IPPT. Static station is enough to stress you and tired you out totally. Sit up.. standing broad jump... chin up... shutter run... the best is that you dont do either of them twice.. meaning retaking. But sometimes really no choice. I retook standing broad jump.... first jump was only 207.. luckily second jump i made it 221... Killer will be retaking shutter run.. cos you sprint mah.. to and fro. A friend of mine took 3 times cos he drop the wood.. And so heng.. shutter run is the last static station before our 2.4km run.

I know myself so well that not even the first round i will think of giving up already. True enough.. just reaching the cookhouse my legs starts to get so heavy and my heart thumping so fast my brain telling me to stop and walk and rest.... DETERMINATION! DETERMINATION! I keep telling myself ' i can do it' ' i can do it ' .. with Berdy infront of me, i keep telling myself that i will catch up with him, chase after him... at least he i still within my eye sight throughout the whole run. The final lap i didn't really dash and sprint.. i know my limit is really there already and since Lta Tom is infront.. i think just slightly after him only i still can pass lah. haha.

Timing 11:33..

Silver..

Happy happy yea yea yea!
